Activity in the retail real estate market in Belarus has reached a maximum since 2022 – NCA

- The exception is convenience stores and shops in residential buildings of new districts: in these segments there is a moderate and steady price growth, the NCA said.

As for the structure of demand, each of these classes accounted for about a third of all sales. Collectively, walkable shops and shops in residential buildings of new districts formed a significant share of transactions.

The average rental rate for retail facilities without division into classes was 50.8 rubles per 1 square meter.
