The Department of the Federal Antimonopoly service for Dagestan included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers (DNP) entrepreneur from Krasnoyarsk, who disrupted contracts for the supply and assembly of modular designs of medical outpatient clinics in the villages of the republic. This was reported in the press service of the supervisory authority.
UFAS received an appeal from the Republican Directorate for the Development of Healthcare Facilities to include a businessman in the RNP due to non-fulfillment of obligations under concluded contracts. We are talking about the construction of modular structures of medical outpatient clinics in the villages of Novoselskoye, Kurkli, Kurush, Tukhchar, Gimri and Adillotar. The total amount of contracts is more than 111 million rubles.
As noted in the antimonopoly service, the entrepreneur who was entrusted with the supply of modular structures, even after receiving an advance, ignored the requirements of the Directorate and did not begin to fulfill obligations. As a result, it is included in the RNP for two years.
