This opinion was expressed today, October 17, Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Yuri Shuleyko at the regional holiday-fair of workers of the village “Dazhynki-2026” in Miory during the ceremony of honoring the best farmers of the region, reports sb.by correspondent.

There is nothing catastrophic and critical in the Vitebsk region - all of Belarus works in the zone of risky agriculture, Yuri Shuleyko stressed: Vitebsk region is a rich, beautiful region, strong, hardened people live here. Currently, you have very ambitious prerequisites to enter the top three leaders of the agro-industrial complex.

- Yes, bad weather, heavy earth, there is a lack of equipment, people are tired. But believe me: no one except the man in the cab of a combine harvester or an energy-saturated tractor will till this land. It's all in your hands today.
