. For a long time, the building looked extremely unsightly. Plaster peeled off and in places exposed brickwork, the walls covered deep and numerous cracks. Not the best way things were with the balconies: the plates cracked, and some fences came into disrepair and posed a real threat to residents.

In 2026, work began to restore the badly worn structure. As part of the overhaul of the facade, specialists removed the remains of the old plaster layer and eliminated cracks in the brick walls. The injection technology was used: the voids inside the masonry were filled with a special gluing solution that prevented further growth of defects.

After that, the walls were plastered again. The updated coating not only gave the house a well-groomed look, but also became a reliable barrier: it does not let moisture inside from rain and snow, and also protects the brick from temperature fluctuations, ultraviolet light and mechanical damage. All this increases the service life of load-bearing structures.

They put the balconies in order. Damage to the plates has been eliminated, and the new fences installed look neat and ensure the safety of residents of the three-story building.

In common areas, on stairwells, the old dried windows were replaced with modern double-glazed windows, which are more convenient to use and close tightly. In the entrances there were new entrance groups with sealed doors. The overhaul of the facade using modern materials will significantly reduce inefficient heat loss in the 68-year-old building.

Strongly dilapidated building is now difficult to recognize: pleasing to the eye not only flat freshly painted walls, but also renovated balconies with updated entrance groups.
