The personnel center of Chuvashia held more than a thousand consultations in three months

More than a thousand digital and telephone consultations were received by residents of Chuvashia in the Personnel Center “Work of Russia” in the third quarter of 2026.

Over the course of three months, 881 calls were received. In 86% of cases, the issue was resolved in less than five minutes. A further 165 consultations were conducted online, with 99% of those who applied highly for the help they received.

According to the survey results, the professionalism of specialists was positively assessed by 97% of citizens and 98% of employers.
