In a single lot included 50 heat and 273 water supply facilities. The future concessionaire will be given boiler houses, heat networks, water pipes, wells and other communal property in settlements of the district. The list also includes more than 70 land plots and gas supply facilities for autonomous heat sources of veterans’ homes.
After the modernization of the infrastructure, the investor will have to provide consumers with heat and water.
Applications from applicants are accepted until November 19. Consideration of proposals of participants is scheduled for the end of the month.
