Apartments in Kiev fell sharply

Realtors of Kiev recorded a decrease in prices for rental housing. According to the market, now a one-room apartment in the capital can be rented for an average of 15 thousand hryvnias (about 26 700 rubles) – this is significantly lower than in September, when the rate was kept at the level of 18 thousand hryvnias (about 32 040 rubles). In October, the average cost was 16 thousand hryvnia (about 28 480 rubles).

The trend is typical for multi-room apartments: two- and three-bedroom facilities have also fallen in price.

In general, in the market over the past month, rental rates decreased by 10-15%, and for individual lots, the fall reaches 30%.

The most pronounced decline in segments with reduced demand: these are apartments on the left bank of the Dnieper (due to the outflow of tenants after damage to bridges), near industrial zones, as well as in houses without backup power supply systems.
