In the Mogilev region, 9 out of 48 preferential projects are being implemented, as well as more than 75 business ideas within the framework of the Regional Initiative preferential credit products. This was stated during a working trip to Mstislav district by Deputy Minister of Economy Alesya Abramenko, the Ministry of Economy reported.

The Deputy Minister took part in the meeting of the district executive committee, where they considered the results of socio-economic development and implementation of the regional budget for January-September. Particular attention was paid to the dynamics and effectiveness of investment activities.
- Today, there is fierce competition for the consumer - the one who offers a quality product at an affordable price wins. In these conditions, the state creates simple and effective mechanisms for the quick start of investment projects. One of these tools is the regime of preferential projects: the decision of the executive committee is enough to start implementation. At the moment, there are 48 prefects in the list, 9 of them are being implemented in the Mogilev region. Another popular mechanism is preferential credit products under the Regional Initiative brand. About 480 applications have already been approved, and more than 75 promising business ideas will be implemented in the Mogilev region. As a result, the regions receive a tangible economic effect: new production and products appear, jobs are created, said Alesya Abramenko.
The working day of the Deputy Minister continued with a visit to the enterprises of the district. The Mstislav Clothing Factory has built a new production and logistics center within the framework of the One District – One Project initiative, and 18 new jobs have been created.
At the end of the trip, Alesya Abramenko visited the Pustinsky Holy Assumption Monastery. This Orthodox shrine has passed a difficult path of restoration: thanks to the joint efforts of the state and initiative citizens, the monastery not only revived, but also became a point of attraction for pilgrims, contributing to the popularization of the rich historical and cultural heritage of the region.
