The Ministry of Industry established the procedure for coordinating the application of recycling rates

How to get approval for the application of utilization rates, the Ministry of Industry determined. This is stipulated by the Ministry’s resolution No. 5 dated September 25, 2026, according to the National Legal Internet Portal.

The rates are determined in the annex to the resolution of the Council of Ministers of April 23, 2026 No. 195 “On recycling”.

To obtain approval, it is required to submit an application to the Ministry of Industry in writing and attach documents to it. Their list is fixed. Based on the results of consideration of the materials provided, the Ministry of Industry decides on the approval or non-coordination of the application of the rate and informs the interested person about it within the prescribed period. In case of approval of the application of the rate, information about the vehicle or chassis (type, brand, model, year of issue, identification number (VIN) or in its absence, the factory number is provided to the State Customs Committee.

The interested person has the right to re-apply to the Ministry of Industry after eliminating the shortcomings that caused the refusal to agree.

The ruling comes into force on October 14.

The document concerns the rates for vehicles and chassis produced (manufactured) on the territory of Belarus by organizations that have undertaken to ensure the subsequent safe handling of waste resulting from the loss of their consumer properties by vehicles alienated from Belarus and subsequently imported into Belarus by organizations and individuals, including individual entrepreneurs, including those applying special taxation regimes.
