A plot of more than a hectare within the boundaries of Gaidar streets, Vologda, Troitsky and Lomonosov Prospects fell into the program of integrated development of residential development - the contract was concluded with LLC SZ "Attraction". The developer has already settled 4 houses (Vologda, 14; Gaidar, 21; Vologda, 16; Vologda, 16, Corp. 1) - 92 people received new housing. Instead of demolished houses, new buildings up to 8 floors will appear here.
