To improve housing Kaluga families sent almost 500 million

More than 4.5 thousand Kaluga families used the money to improve housing conditions this year.

Kaluga OSFR transferred for these purposes 481 million rubles since the beginning of the year.

Experts recalled that if the family plans to build their house, then escrow accounts can be used to place funds, from which the contractor will receive money only on the basis of construction, after signing the acceptance certificate. At the same time, the contractor must be registered with the EIS of housing construction and have bank accreditation.

Also, there are restrictions when sending matcapital to housing. Permitted species by type include IWS, gardening for own needs, blocked development. The same goes for housing reconstruction.

You can apply at the State Services, in the OSFR or in the MFC. Additional information can be obtained by phone: 8-800-100-0001.
