Beets, cabbage, onions, carrots and sweet corn – in the south-east of the country, vegetables are harvested on an area of more than 1.2 thousand hectares, which is 89 percent of the planned volume. As of October 9, 19.4 thousand tons of various products were collected. One of the largest vegetable plants in the region - KSUE "Greenhouse" Gomel district - the cleaning is aimed at completing in the shortest possible time, because the whole enterprise came to the field. These crops are harvested in a mechanized way, but a lot of manual labor is needed to harvest carrots and cabbage. The process doesn't stop. Collectors in a matter of seconds fill the buckets, carry them to the tractor with a trailer, which moves in a parallel course along the rows. At the top, the load is picked up by other workers and poured carrots into wooden boxes. Agronom Vera Camera most of the year takes care of greenhouse vegetables, but now every pair of hands counts, so she and her colleagues went to the field: - In one container 450 - 500 kilograms. This trailer has 10 containers, and during the day tractors take out the crop three or four times. So count how much we collect in a day, and after all, the “brigade” is not alone!

We move to the next field, where the cabbage is harvested. This vegetable was pleased: the coaches grew strong and of different calibers - for any consumer taste.
