Gas losses in Dagestan since the beginning of the year decreased by almost 20 million cubic meters

Losses of natural gas in Dagestan since the beginning of the year decreased by almost 20 million cubic meters compared to the same period last year. This was reported by the head of the Republic Fedor Shchukin.

According to him, this amount is comparable to the annual consumption of several small cities.

The result was achieved thanks to the updating of gas networks, system interaction with subscribers and the development of digital services. The elimination of unauthorized connections and the use of modern methods of diagnostics of gas networks also played an important role, the head of the region noted.
