Asked if ordinary Zimbabweans know about Belarus or if this knowledge remains only at the level of signatures in contracts, Emmerson Mnangagwa replied: "Wherever you go, in every province where there is a tractor, it is most likely BELARUS." If you look at the equipment in my farm, most of it is Belarusian production.” The President of the African Republic admitted that he works on his own farm on weekends, and in his fleet of vehicles there are two BELARUS tractors.

“Your technique is very popular here. All because we are offered very favorable operating conditions. We are very pleased, and I am personally grateful to my brother, President Lukashenko.

“I don’t think there is a place in our country where we don’t know about Belarus.” First, your tractors are everywhere. Secondly, our friendship. Believe me, you don’t have to do surveys to see if Zimbabweans know about Belarus. They know! Every street and every village. Despite the fact that we have agricultural machinery from other countries, but Belarusian definitely dominates, said Emmerson Mnangagwa.

He also shared his vision of what dividends the strengthening of the positions of African countries will bring for the world as a whole in the context of a geopolitical storm, when the center of world politics and economy is shifting to the Global South and East, where new opportunities are opening up and the role of the African continent is multiplying.

“I assure you, when I wake up, I don’t think about global politics or world processes. I'm thinking about my country. What do we need to do to develop Zimbabwe? How to motivate the younger generation? After all, they sincerely want to help their country, and they must be patriots of their homeland and also understand that it is necessary to develop the country primarily on the basis of the resources that it has. It is for this that we must give young people the necessary opportunities, education and training in various skills. And yes, we can do that, Emmerson Mnangagwa said.

“In addition, we receive assistance from friendly countries, a willingness to receive our students. We are grateful for this support. But in the end, we must develop on the basis of the opportunities we have at home. There is a very good education system here. I am convinced that Zimbabwe is among the leading countries in the region in this indicator, the President of Zimbabwe said.
