Rosimushchestvo for the fifth time trying to sell Voronezh CITOS for 170 million rubles

The state is again looking for a buyer for the Voronezh JSC Center for Information and Technical Support and Communications (CITOS). As follows from the notice posted by Rosimushchestvo, the entire state package is put up for auction - more than 30.2 million shares. The starting cost of the lot is determined at 170 million rubles.

The decision to privatize the asset was issued on October 19, 2026. Applications from potential buyers are accepted from October 22 to November 20, and the bidding is scheduled for November 24. Participants will need to make a deposit of 34 million rubles; the minimum step at the auction is 8.5 million rubles.

This is the fifth attempt to implement CITOS: four previous auctions – in October, November and December 2025, as well as in January 2026 – did not gather participants and were declared invalid. The previous auction was reported by De Facto.
