Sber will hold an industry conference on insurance in Moscow
Conference "Insurance 2030"

Conference "Insurance 2030". Technologies of the Future, which is held for the first time by Sber, is scheduled for November 17 and will be held in Moscow. Organizational support is provided by SberLife Insurance, SberInsurance and SberInsurance Broker.
The event is designed to help participants navigate the future of the insurance market. Its goal is to identify key trends and forecast the development of the industry, taking into account technological changes, the emergence of new risks and changing customer behavior. In the business part of the program, we analyze promising scenarios and determine the driving forces that will shape the market in the foreseeable future.
A separate block is devoted to the integration of artificial intelligence into everyday insurance processes. Experts will present and discuss practical cases: how AI is used in product design, risk assessment, as well as at the stages of processing and settlement of losses. Special attention will be paid to the question of how to combine technological acceleration with the preservation of trusting relationships with customers.
Participants will also look at the functional duality of insurance: its contribution to long-term financial sustainability and at the same time to maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. The final discussion will focus on generational trends: it is planned to study the expectations and needs of new customer groups, as well as to understand what criteria insurance solutions must meet in order to remain relevant and understandable in the changing socio-economic environment.
Representatives of the insurance and financial industries, regulators, business and the expert community were invited to participate in the conference. Among those who confirmed their participation are Anatoly Aksakov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market, Ruslan Vesterovsky, Senior Vice President and Head of the Welfare Management block of Sberbank, Dmitry Markov, Head of Vision Labs, and Alexander Kraynik, Head of the Sravni Financial Marketplace. A list of the remaining rapporteurs will be issued at a later date.
