Tula will spend 94 million on 18 apartments for displaced persons from emergency housing

The Property and Land Relations Committee of the Tula City Administration announced a tender for the purchase of 18 comfortable apartments in new buildings. Housing is purchased as part of the regional program of resettlement of citizens from emergency housing stock and the development of low-rise construction. 93.9 million rubles will be allocated for these purposes.

The total area of the purchased premises will be at least 915.6 square meters. The list includes apartments of various layouts: from compact studios with an area of 30.5 square meters. meters to spacious four-room apartments with an area of 84.3 square meters. According to the terms of the contract, the developer is obliged to put the houses into operation and transfer the keys to new tenants no later than October 1, 2027.

The key requirement of the customer is the full readiness of housing for living. All 18 apartments will be handed over with clean finishes. New settlers will not have to spend time and money on repairs: laminate or linoleum will already be laid in the premises, the walls are pasted with wallpaper or painted, and ceramic tiles are laid on the floor in the bathrooms.

Each apartment should be equipped with: an autonomous or centralized heating system that provides heat to the entire area; hot and cold water supply, as well as ventilation; modern PVC windows with ebbs and sills; a full set of plumbing (new toilets, baths, sinks, mixers); in the kitchen - a new 4-concourse stove (gas or electric) with an oven; individual resource metering devices; metal entrance door and interior doors with cash.

Recall, as previously wrote “MK in Tula”, the authorities of Tula bought 34 apartments in new buildings for 148 million rubles.
