Tula filling stations on the M-4 Don highway entered the procurement perimeter of Rostovmeliovodkhoz
FGBI “Department of land reclamation and agricultural water supply in the Rostov region” announced the purchase of fuel and lubricants for the period from November 2026 to the end of February 2027

FGBI “Department of land reclamation and agricultural water supply in the Rostov region” announced the purchase of fuel and lubricants for the period from November 2026 to the end of February 2027. 12.79 million rubles will be allocated for these purposes. The customer must provide refueling at at least two filling stations located on the M-4 Don highway in the Tula region.
All purchases are retail sales of fuel through a network of petrol stations. The customer will need 84,970 liters of AI-92 gasoline, 11,230 liters of AI-95 gasoline, as well as off-season diesel fuel, not lower than class F, 37,740 liters.
The main part of the gas stations will work in the Rostov region: at least 80 filling stations outside Rostov-on-Don plus at least 20 stations directly in the Don capital - so the customer's transport, located in 38 points of the region, from Azov to Vyoshenskaya, would always be within a radius of 40 kilometers from the refueling station.
But reclamators regularly send cars to other regions, and this is where the Tula region comes into play. According to the technical specification, the supplier's network is obliged to include at least two filling stations on the M-4 Don highway in the Tula region - their cars will be used for business trips. Neighboring regions along the Dona route - Lipetsk, Voronezh, Moscow regions - are covered with the same norm: two stations on each highway.
Recall, “MK in Tula” previously wrote that Tula ships will buy fuel for 3.4 million rubles.
