Tula Capital Repair Fund will spend 12.5 million rubles on renting premises

The capital repair fund of the Tula region announced a tender for the lease of space. The amount of the contract will be 12.5 million rubles.

Lease obligations are designed for a long period of 36 months. The monthly fee for the use of the premises will be about 348 thousand rubles.

Location of the object - the historical center of Tula, Turgenevskaya str., 26, p.1. This will allow the foundation to maintain a centralized location and provide convenient access for both employees and visitors.

The purpose of the lease is to place additional jobs and organize space for the effective work of employees. The expansion of the area is associated with the need for major repairs of common property in apartment buildings in the region.

Applications for participation in the auction were accepted through the RTS tender electronic trading platform. The winner of the bidding will be determined by the results of the competitive selection, after which the parties will proceed to the execution of the necessary documents.
