In the Arkhangelsk region approved a list of 39 products of labor of artisans, not subject to mandatory labeling

It includes light industry goods (clothing, accessories, bedding), shoes, as well as games and toys for children under 14 years old. The decree is aimed at supporting SMEs and the self-employed: previously, labeling requirements increased business costs and affected the price for the consumer, especially for those who produce exclusive products in single or small-scale versions.

To be exempt from labeling, it is necessary to observe the conditions: production must be organized in the Arkhangelsk region; the number of employees - no more than five people (except for masters from the regional register of folk art crafts); products must be made by hand or with the use of hand tools, small mechanization means and small equipment (automatic machines and semi-automatic machines - only for decoration). In the region, such goods are produced by 298 representatives of small and medium-sized businesses: 49 legal entities and 249 individual entrepreneurs.
