In January-August 2026, the volume of industrial production in Belarus at current prices amounted to 146,036.9, or in comparable prices 100.2% to the level of January-August 2025. This was reported in the National Statistical Committee, writes sb.by.

By region, the indicators were distributed as follows: in the Minsk region 103.8%, or м 33851.6 million, Vitebsk — 100.5%, or м 16624.4 million, Mogilev — 97.1%, or е 11470.1 million, Gomel — 100.5%, or м 25723 million, Brest — 105%, or е 19114.2 million, Grodno — 97.7%, or е 15943.5 million, in Minsk — 95.4%, or е 23310 million.

Production in the mining industry grew by 2.7%, or е 1966.8 million (share in volume was 1.4%), in the supply of electricity, gas, steam, hot water and air conditioned by 7.5%, or е 12246.8 million (share - 8.4%), in water supply, collection, treatment and disposal of waste, pollution elimination activities by 1.6%, or е 2819.3 million (share - 1.9%), in processing decreased by 1%, or е 129.004 million (share - 88.3%).
