In Chuvashia, bailiffs recovered a salary debt from an entrepreneur

The bailiffs of Batyrev and Shemurshi districts recovered wage arrears in favor of an employee of an individual entrepreneur engaged in trade on marketplaces.

The 29-year-old businesswoman attracted employees, but did not pay wages on time. After the initiation of enforcement proceedings, she was given five days to voluntarily repay the debt, but the money was not paid.

Then the bailiff seized the bank accounts and household appliances of the debtor, and sent the materials to the investigating authorities.

After that, the entrepreneur fully repaid the debt. The employee was transferred more than 30 thousand rubles of unpaid salary and more than 4 thousand rubles of compensation for unused vacation.

The enforcement proceedings are completed after full compliance with the requirements.
