In Kazan increased prices for secondary housing
In the third quarter of 2026 on the secondary real estate market of Kazan again recorded a rise in prices

In the third quarter of 2026, the secondary real estate market of Kazan again recorded an increase in prices. According to the analysis of the federal portal “World of apartments”, the cost per square meter in the capital of Tatarstan increased by 3.2% and reached 211.2 thousand rubles. The average price of an apartment increased by 2.9%, amounting to 9.9 million rubles.
A similar trend is observed in Naberezhnye Chelny, where the square meter rose by 2.6% to 137.2 thousand rubles, and the average cost of an apartment increased by 3.3% to 7.6 million.
In the whole country, the price growth was uneven: most of all prices rose in Bryansk, Kirov and Tver, while in Sochi, Sevastopol and Simferopol prices, on the contrary, decreased. Resort towns have faced a crackdown on buying activity due to logistical and fuel problems, as well as airport flight cancellations.
As explained by the General Director of the portal Pavel Lutsenko, the real estate market as a whole can not be called lifting. Mortgage for most Russians has become expensive, so the demand for apartments for several months has been kept at the same level.
