In St. Petersburg signed contracts for 535.5 billion rubles

In the first nine months of 2026, city customers in St. Petersburg signed contracts worth 535.5 billion rubles. That's almost 91% of the annual plan, and the pace this year is higher than last year. This was reported in the press service of Smolny.

The city administration noted that competition at auctions in St. Petersburg was higher than in the country. On average, three applications are submitted for one purchase, while the all-Russian indicator is less by half applications.

Among the large agencies, the Monuments Protection Committee (99.2%), the Transport Committee (99.8%) and the Improvement Committee (96.5%) coped best with the plan. The administrations of Krasnoselsky and Pushkinsky districts also showed high results.

According to Smolny, nine key programs – from repairing roads and supporting families to combating hepatitis and cardiovascular diseases – were awarded 100% contracts. Thanks to the auction, the city saved 10.4 billion rubles.

Almost a third of all purchases fell on small businesses — with small companies signed contracts for 84.8 billion rubles.
