In Pomorie summed up the road national project and update transport

In the Arkhangelsk region, the implementation of the national project “Infrastructure for Life” continues. In 2025, the plan was fully implemented: 169 km of roads were repaired (of which 89 km is the reference network). This year it is planned to put in order another 123 km of tracks and two bridges; repairs at 8 sites have already been completed ahead of schedule.

In parallel, an intelligent transport system is being introduced in Arkhangelsk: traffic lights are being modernized and cameras are being installed. To reduce accidents on the roads of the region, 137 stationary photo-video fixation complexes are operating, and the network of mobile cameras is expanding and sober driver raids are carried out.

In the field of public transport, the average age of buses in the region is less than 5 years, thanks to the reform of 2022-2024. This year, Kotlas District purchased 11 new buses under preferential leasing, the fleet renewal will continue in 2027.
