In Samara, the court introduced surveillance in the oil and gas enterprise because of the debt of 52 million

On October 21, the Arbitration Court of the Samara Region initiated an observation procedure against a local manufacturer of oil and gas equipment.

The basis for the beginning of the proceedings was an official statement of the Federal tax service on the insolvency of the debtor. The court fully recognized the requirements of the fiscal authority justified.

The case file is registered under the number A55-2177/2026 and is already in the active stage of consideration. The total debt of the company on mandatory payments to the state budget confidently exceeds the mark of 52 million rubles. This amount is officially included in the register of claims of creditors.

Supervision is the initial and mandatory stage of corporate bankruptcy. At this stage, the arbitration manager conducts a thorough financial analysis of the assets of the enterprise to assess the real possibility of restoring its solvency.

In case of detection of critical violations, a transition to more stringent rehabilitation measures or competitive proceedings will follow.
