In Severodvinsk, the creation of a recreational zone near the Kvartal 100 residential complex has been completed

The Governor of the Arkhangelsk region Alexander Tsybulsky during a working trip to Severodvinsk appreciated the quality of improvement made within the framework of the large-scale investment project “Kvartal 100” by the company “SZ Aquilon Severodvinsk”.

The park was created on the basis of proposals from residents of Severodvinsk. As part of the landscaping, 4 thousand trees and shrubs were planted at the age of 3-5 years, including maple, birch, cherry, lilac and spirea. For living hedges, a shiny cockpit is used. Lawns with an area of more than 12 thousand square meters are sown with a mixture of perennial herbs. In addition, about 750 trees were planted during the improvement of the adjacent territory of residential buildings.

Within the framework of the project, work was carried out on the shore strengthening of the Theatre Lake adjacent to the park. They required a large amount of soil dumping, since the coastal strip was heavily swamped: the construction of gabions was completed here, the planning of the territory and the planting of green spaces were performed.

The recreational area is equipped with a network of walkways made of paving slabs and gravel, including a promenade along Lake Theatre with a fence to ensure safety, as well as a multifunctional path for cycling and rollers. The park is equipped with outdoor lighting lines.

- We completed this large-scale investment project a year earlier. In addition to the residential complex, a kindergarten was built, which we commissioned last year, and a park area was created - it also includes quite impressive children's and sports grounds. Parking spaces are organized so that citizens can safely come here. The volume of social investments amounted to about 450 million rubles, which is more than 10% of the total financing of the investment project, said Alexander Frolov, Chairman of the Board of Aquilon Group.

The sewerage network passing through the park has been eliminated - consumers are switched to the newly built collector along Lomonosov Street, and the storm sewer network is removed from the park. At the same time, buried local wastewater treatment plants have been built – the new drainage will provide the park territory from flooding. The volume of investments in the implementation of measures to improve the recreational zone is more than 98 million rubles.

- Creation of a comfortable recreational zone with modern infrastructure and integrated solution of engineering problems is a good example of competent implementation of an investment project, which makes a significant contribution to the development of the urban environment of Severodvinsk. The investor also took over funding for the construction of intra-quarter driveways, sidewalks and guest parking. The new park will definitely be in demand in the city of shipbuilders, providing a high level of comfort and safety for residents, said Alexander Tsybulsky.

Kindergarten “Belomorochka” with an area of 2.6 thousand square meters, built as part of a large-scale investment project, is made in the general style with the residential complex “Kvartal 100”. It complies with the standards for the construction of preschool institutions and regulations on anti-terrorist and fire safety. The cost of construction amounted to 285 million rubles.

The kindergarten, which opened last year, has 140 seats. Now there are 4 groups: 2 nurseries for children aged 1 to 3 years, who are visited by 45 children, and 2 for children aged 3 to 6 years, there are now 51 pupils.

The new building is designed to ensure the comprehensive development and safety of children: there are gyms and music halls, playrooms, offices of a psychologist and speech therapist, a medical department, a catering unit and utility rooms.

The institution is fully equipped - from household and electronic equipment to didactic materials, toys and dishes. The building is adapted for disabled pupils: an elevator is installed, extended doorways, low thresholds are provided. On the walls there are inscriptions duplicated in Braille.

In the closed territory, modern walking areas with verandas and play areas were equipped, landscaping and landscaping were carried out. Playgrounds have gaming and sports complexes, sandboxes, slides, plot game buildings corresponding to the age of children.
