In Tula installed public easements for the modernization of water supply networks

The administration of the city of Tula decided to establish two public easements for the needs of JSC "Tulagorvodokanal". The validity of easements will be 10 years.

The first easement is introduced to ensure the operation of an important hydraulic structure - a water conduit for a country area and a water conduit for the 2nd lift from the Nepreika pumping station to Lenin Avenue.

Parts of land plots in several locations were affected by the easement: (a) Station District (Kaluga Highway); (b) Lenin District (Nizhny Kitayivka village); (c) the territory along the Kaluga-Tula-Mikhaylov-Ryazan highway; (d) a number of other sites in the vicinity of Tula.

This easement is free of charge, the company of JSC "Tulagorvodokanal" is obliged to bring the sites into a suitable condition after the completion of work. In addition, special conditions for the use of territories in accordance with sanitary standards are established.

Another easement is introduced to ensure the operation of the water conduit of the urban area. Under the action of this easement were land in various areas of the city, mainly in the Central district and along the street Ryazan.

This easement is established on parts of 19 land plots, and its effect extends also to territories with undivided state property. The easement is also free of charge and Tulagorvodokanal JSC is obliged to restore the sites in a suitable condition within three months after completion of the work.

The coverage area includes plots at the following addresses - Ryazanskaya Street (several plots), Lenin Avenue, Kaluga Highway, Nizhnya Volokhovskaya Street, TSN Friendship Kaluga Territory.
