In the Tula region changed the rules for the provision of land at auction
The Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Tula region made significant changes in the procedure for granting land plots in undivided state ownership

The Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Tula region made significant changes in the procedure for granting land plots in undivided state ownership. The corresponding order was signed by Minister Olga Morozova on October 14, 2026.
The updated regulation establishes new rules for the provision of state services for the distribution of land through bidding. The changes apply to both individuals and legal entities applying for land.
The main innovations include well-regulated deadlines for consideration of applications (up to 14 days for plotting schemes and up to 30 days for auctions), as well as established maximum waiting periods in queues (no more than 15 minutes). In addition, certain methods of submitting documents (through the MFC, the portal of public services or personally) and regulated procedures for applicants’ representatives are established.
An important aspect of the updated regulation is the absence of a state fee for the provision of services. The results of consideration of applications can be obtained in various ways: in person, by mail or through an electronic portal.
The new procedure also provides for mandatory informing of applicants about the status of their applications through a personal account on the portal of public services. The Ministry provides an opportunity to assess the quality of services provided and collect feedback from applicants.
As previously wrote “MK in Tula”, in the Tula region changed the procedure for re-issuing licenses for subsoil use.
