In the Yaroslavl region sold another municipal property

Almost for six million rubles, the former building of the Danilov district hospital left the auction.

This is a five-story building on the street Embankment. The new owner was the Yaroslavl company. In addition to the building with engineering communications area of 2,200 square meters, the owner received a land plot of five thousand square meters.

As the head of the region Mikhail Evraev noted, the building of the former hospital became the 27th object sold this year from the auction in the Yaroslavl region.

It is worth adding that the hospital worked here until 2024, then moved to Karl Marx Street.
