Taxpayers have the right to request a paper form of tax notice on the payment of property and income taxes for 2025 at any inspection of the Federal Tax Service or in an authorized multifunctional center, regardless of how the document was sent to him earlier. The basis for extradition shall be the application submitted and notice shall be given within five working days. If the notification is placed on the portal of public services, it can be independently unloaded and printed for payment.
The tax authorities sent 69.9 million notifications to Russians about the need to pay property and income taxes for 2025. Most of it – 64.1 million – was transferred electronically through the personal account at the EPSU and the personal account of the taxpayer, the rest – by registered mail.
Notifications are intended for owners of tax objects – registered vehicles, land plots and other real estate for the period of ownership in 2025, as well as citizens who are obliged to pay personal income tax on their own. The exception is notifications in the amount of less than 300 rubles: they can be sent no more than once every three years. In addition, notifications are not received by persons who are completely exempt from tax payments due to the relevant benefits.
You can make the amounts indicated in the notification by a single tax payment - through electronic services of the Federal Tax Service of Russia and the portal of State Services, banking payment systems and services. It is allowed to pay in cash in a bank, cash register of the local administration, post office of Russia or MFC. No commission is charged when transferring.
Any other person can repay the tax for the taxpayer by transferring funds to fulfill his obligation.
Pay the property, transport and land taxes specified in the notifications, as well as personal income tax should be no later than December 1, 2026.
