Voronezh network “Robin Sdobin” was on the verge of closure
Robin Sdobin Group is working on the option of closing about fifteen fast food outlets in Voronezh until the end of 2026

Robin Sdobin Group is working on an option with the closure of about fifteen fast food outlets in Voronezh until the end of 2026. In addition, business owner Alexander Gubarev plans to sell the entire set of assets of the company. This information he provided to the publication “Square”.
According to the businessman, about fifteen retail facilities have already ceased to function. As factors pushing for further curtailment of the network, he pointed out the rise in the cost of urban rent, as well as the likelihood of a noticeable increase in the tax burden. According to estimates of Gubarev, with the confluence of a number of conditions, additional payments can amount to 100 million rubles annually.
The businessman noted that the amount of rent is directly related to the status assigned to the catering enterprise. If the tax service does not confirm the required category, the company will have to cover the difference between incoming and outgoing VAT. For this, according to the owner of the network, it may be necessary to attract borrowed funds.
“Everything will be put up for sale, and I will make the final decision based on the development of events,” Gubarev said.
"Robin Sdobin" is present in the field of catering since 2000 - then in Voronezh earned the first fast service establishment. A year later, the company began to form a network of street stalls. By 2003, its assets included four capital cafes and more than 25 mobile points.
Subsequently, the business expanded its geography, as well as developed its own production and wholesale direction.
