Voronezh businessman suggested Putin to expand the possibilities of the “Honest sign”
According to the entrepreneur, today “Honest sign” performs exclusively control and supervision function

At the anniversary forum "Business Russia" managing partner of the brewery "TARCOS" and member of the General Council of the organization Dmitry Tarasevich announced to the head of state a number of initiatives to improve the labeling system. De Facto reports.
According to the entrepreneur, today “Honest Sign” performs an exclusively control and supervisory function, while business could benefit from it. Tarasevich proposed to give producers access to information about the movement of products, cost, shelf life and balances - even with a delay per day. This, he said, would increase productivity, optimize logistics and reduce losses.
The government is already preparing a document that will give manufacturers and importers access to data on balances and shelf life along the entire sales chain. The businessman made two additional proposals: first, to show manufacturers prices for their products in retail outlets, and secondly, to allow wholesalers and retailers to exchange information with counterparties with mutual consent. Vladimir Putin: “I think we just need to allow everything that is not prohibited.”.
Separately, Tarasevich dwelled on the problem of integrators. Equipment for an average production line costs about 15 million rubles, while each solution is unique. As a result, companies find themselves in a “technological slavery” and can not change contractors even at downtime up to 12 hours. The entrepreneur proposed to standardize the requirements for integrators so that they can be changed without loss. The head of the Ministry of industry and trade Anton Alikhanov admitted that this will be the order of the President, and noted that the decision on access to data will be adopted in the near future.
In conclusion, Tarasevich asked for the expansion of labeling to primarily cover imported products, which will help in the fight against counterfeiting. The Minister of economic development Maxim Reshetnikov added that now labeled a lot of cheap goods, which significantly affects the price, and proposed to shift the focus on expensive imports.
