Yaroslavl authorities want to sell the estate of nephew A.N. Nekrasov

We are talking about the object of cultural heritage of federal significance, located near the village of Dubki.

In total, the region plans to put up for sale 18 objects. The corresponding draft law on amendments, the head of the region Mikhail Evraev introduced into the privatization plan of the region’s property.

The regional government explained that the privatization program allows finding investors for objects and returning them to circulation. Monuments are no exception. It is also important that for the region this is one of the ways to replenish the budget. Last year, income from the sale of property amounted to almost two billion rubles.

It is planned to include in the list, in addition to the estate of V.F. Nekrasov, the former forestry office in the village of Tekhmenevo, Rybinsk district, former administration buildings in the villages of the Lyubim district.

As for OKN "Estate of V.F. Nekrasov", it was built at the beginning of the last century by the nephew of the poet - doctor V.F. Nekrasov. Once there was a commune "White House", later the estate housed a sanatorium for economic and party leaders, until the end of the 90s there was a children's pulmonary sanatorium.
