Ugra brought unusual products to the agricultural exhibition
At the XIV Interregional Agro-Industrial Exhibition Ural Federal District, 17 Ugra enterprises present their products

At the XIV Interregional Agro-Industrial Exhibition Ural Federal District, 17 Ugra enterprises present their products. The stand of the region attracted attention with unusual products: chocolate with the taste of deer and pike meat, “burning” coffee “Spirit of Fire” and 16 kg gingerbread in the form of a T-34 tank.
Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Ural Federal District Artem Vladimirovich Zhoga, inspecting the stand, noted the originality and competitiveness of Ugra products. In a solemn atmosphere, he presented gratitude for his contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Ural Federal District to Daria Videman (JV “Beloyarsk”) and Denis Bazhenov (Yugorsk Fish Factory).
As the Governor of Ugra Ruslan Kuharuk emphasized, participation in large interregional exhibitions is an important tool for promoting local producers, expanding sales markets and forming sustainable cooperation ties. “Measures of regional support, such as subsidies, promotion assistance, compensation of costs for participation in exhibitions, allow enterprises to confidently enter new sites, scale production and offer products with a recognizable Ugra character to the market,” the head of the region noted.
Within the framework of the exhibition, the Council under the Presidential Envoy to the Ural Federal District was held with the participation of Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Roman Nekrasov, at which the preliminary results of the harvesting campaign and the development of the livestock complex were discussed.
According to the governor of Ugra, the district pays special attention to food security and support for the traditional way of life of the indigenous peoples of the North. According to Ruslan Kukharuk, “for Ugra, this topic is an integral part of regional food security and an important element of supporting the traditional way of life of the indigenous peoples of the North.”.
To do this, the region systematically strengthens support for the industry: the rate of subsidies for milk has increased by 2 times, for the maintenance of reindeer in the Arctic zone – by 3 times; this year, private reindeer herders are also receiving support.
Thanks to these measures, Ugra agricultural enterprises not only maintained production volumes, but also increased individual positions. In the first half of 2026, egg production reached 118.8% compared to last year’s level (20.8 million units), milk – 103.4% (1.5 thousand tons). These results are particularly significant given the difficult natural and climatic conditions and logistics in remote areas where small farms provide products to social institutions.
Another important area is organic production. By the end of 2025, Ugra ranks 1st in the country in support of organic producers. This strengthens the image of the region as a territory of high-quality and environmentally friendly products - it is demonstrated today at the Ugra stand.
