The State Property Committee noted:

“The boundary of a land plot is a conventional line on the surface of the earth and a conventional vertical plane passing along it, which separates the land plot from other lands and land plots. A non-fixed boundary may be established on the basis of planned and cartographic materials with the accuracy determined by their scale, without fixing the points of rotation by boundary signs on the ground.”.

Work on establishing such a border is carried out using materials, data and data of the land information system, geoportal and geoinformation resource of remote sensing data, orthophotoplans of the last period of creation, as well as materials and aerial survey data obtained using an unmanned aerial vehicle.

The restoration of the unfixed border of the land plot is not carried out, the committee drew attention to.
