Residents of Bashkortostan expect significant innovations in the field of finance

- After that, you can replenish your wallet with digital rubles from ordinary bank accounts without commissions - up to 300 thousand rubles a month, the press service of the National Bank of Bashkiria explained. It will also be possible to transfer digital rubles without restrictions to the wallets of other people, pay for goods and services in supermarkets, marketplaces, car dealerships and other large companies.

Gone are many QR codes for payment at the checkout, and all of them will be replaced by one universal code. Scanning it, the buyer will get to the page with all available methods of calculation and will be able to safely choose the most profitable option for themselves.

- Among the options there is a system of fast payments, payment service of the bank, installments, payment in parts or digital rubles, the press service of the regional National Bank added. No longer have to lose cashback, discounts and bonuses due to the fact that the phone accidentally considered the wrong QR code.

Mortgage holidays for families with two or more children will increase to one and a half years. It is not necessary to confirm that the financial situation has deteriorated. It is enough to fulfill three conditions: the family has not yet taken a mortgage holiday on this loan, the mortgage is issued for the only housing, and the loan amount does not exceed 15 million rubles.

- It is important to take into account that the holidays will end when the youngest child is a year and a half or 18 months after adoption, and such holidays do not worsen the borrower’s credit history, the press service of the National Bank of Bashkiria explained. While they go, the bank cannot terminate the contract early, recover mortgaged housing and charge fines for delays already made.

After the holidays, you will need to pay the debt according to the previous schedule, which was in effect before the respite. When people close payments on schedule, they will need to repay contributions that were put on pause in the first six months of the vacation.

Since September, the maximum amount with which the deduction for long-term savings is calculated has increased - it will grow from four hundred to five hundred thousand rubles. This change will only apply to parents making long-term savings for their children - minors or full-time students under 24. And the limit can be increased only by contributions in favor of the child.

Let’s say if you put on your account programs of long-term savings of 500 thousand rubles, and on the account of the child – 50 thousand, you can get a deduction only from 450 thousand rubles, which is equal to 400 thousand on your accounts plus 50 thousand rubles on the children’s account, – said the press service of the National Bank of Bashkiria.

The changes will also affect life insurance policies, which will have new limits on tax deduction. If earlier owners of long-term life insurance policies could issue a social tax deduction, now for voluntary life insurance contracts will be a deduction for long-term savings.

- Under the new rules, a deduction is allowed if you bought a life insurance policy not earlier than January 1, 2025, and your contract term is at least five years, the press service of the regional National Bank explained. You can also get a deduction if you have insurance for yourself or your close relatives and you have no more than three life insurance contracts.
