The main factor of dynamics was the conjuncture of the world markets of precious metals. The main increase was provided by the revaluation of gold included in the reserve structure: its value increased by $ 0.93 billion due to an increase in world prices (+ 13.3% m / m).

Reserve assets in foreign currency (+0.11 billion dollars) also continued to grow.

In the weekly macro-review of the Eurasian Development Bank, it was noted that the current level of reserves provides coverage for more than 3.2 months of imports of goods and services.
