Sales of apartments in Moscow fell twice

For nine months of 2026, 1637 apartments were sold on the primary market of Moscow. This is stated in the study of the real estate monitoring system BnMap.pro. According to its co-founder Sergey Lobzhanidze, this is 51.4% less than in the same period last year, and 54.7% less than in January-September 2024. At the same time, the expert emphasizes, the decline in sales has accelerated significantly: in the first nine months of 2025, the annual decline was only 6.9%.
