Moscow City Hall allowed to transfer the Citimix apartment complex in the west of Moscow to housing
The city authorities have made changes to the lease agreement for a land plot of 2.9 hectares on Vostryakovskoye Highway in Troparevo-Nikulin, where the company Ksar-Service, associated with the developer Apsis Globe, builds the second stage of the Citimix multifunctional center on 60,000 square meters. As follows from the order of the Department of urban property (DGI) of Moscow on September 11, which was familiarized with “Vedomosti”, the developer will be able to transfer this project, the area in which was originally designed as non-residential premises (and sold as apartments), in apartments. It clarifies that this decision was made in connection with the appeal of the organization.
