Passing in the case of “EuroTrans” General Malkov transferred under house arrest

The Moscow City Court released from the pre-trial detention center and transferred under house arrest the former deputy head of the Moscow suburban police Sergei Malkov, who is taking place in the case of the head of the board of directors of EuroTrans, the correspondent of Kommersant reports.

The court imposed several restrictions on Sergei Malkov. He is forbidden to leave his place of residence without the permission of the investigator, to communicate with anyone other than relatives, as well as to use any means of communication.

Sergey Malkov will be released from the pre-trial detention center today, when the documents will be sent to the detention center. He was transferred under house arrest for health reasons, lawyer Sergey Gurov told Kommersant. He did not say what disease he was talking about, citing medical secrecy.
