Bashkir in blood wrote the name of his killer

In Bashkiria, law enforcement officers uncovered a murder committed in 2009. Then in the entrance of new buildings dealt with a woman who was going to a deal to buy an apartment. The perpetrator attacked the victim and stabbed her several times. It was not possible to identify those involved in hot pursuits. The investigation has been suspended.

Years later, investigators returned to the case file and drew attention to the pictures from the scene. Indistinct symbols were displayed on the floor in the entrance with blood. They were deciphered using new technologies.

It turned out that the inscription contains the name of a woman who was suspected of a crime 17 years ago. She was arrested. After that, the defendant gave a confession. The motive for the massacre was money intended for a transaction she knew about.

The Altai regional court found a 32-year-old resident of Rubtsovsk guilty of the murder of a 39-year-old woman committed in November 2012: after refusing attention, he beat her, pushed her into a river with icy water, held there for about 10 minutes, and then inflicted at least 25 blows and left her to die from hypothermia. The crime remained unsolved for 13 years, but thanks to the joint work of investigators and operatives, the identity was established. The court appointed 15 years and one month of a strict regime colony with a restriction of liberty for 1.5 years.
