The President of the Volgograd Regional Federation of Bodybuilding Lilia Pozdnyakova was seriously injured in an accident in the Orel district of the Rostov region - she is in intensive care with multiple injuries.
According to information from social networks and reports of the regional bodybuilding federation, at the time of the accident Pozdnyakova together with the team went to Gelendzhik for the championship of Russia in bodybuilding and fitness. Friends, our colleague, President of the Volgograd Regional Federation of Bodybuilding Lilia Pozdnyakova got into a serious accident. Now she is in intensive care in a medium-severe condition: multiple rib fractures, bruises, a fracture of the pelvic bone, an open fracture of the leg and damage to internal organs.”.

Lilia Pozdnyakova is 55. She is a coach and acting athlete, winner of titles in tournaments of the Samson system, performs in body fitness in the category of “masters” (women 40+). Volgograd Regional Federation of Bodybuilding she headed on October 3, 2025.
