It turned out that a resident of the Kopylsky district purchased a banned substance weighing 0.68 g in the shadow Internet market, containing a particularly dangerous psychotropic - hexahydrocannabinol, and tried to find a bookmark by geographical coordinates.
Another criminal case was opened against the detainee. He fully confessed his guilt in the incriminated crime and repented.
- The accused is married, has a dependent child, works as a builder under a contract in a private company, in September 2022 he was already convicted of a similar crime, said Kristina Prishchepova, assistant prosecutor of the Pervomaysky district, who acted as a state prosecutor in the criminal case. The court found him guilty of illegal acquisition and storage of psychotropic substances without the purpose of marketing and on the basis of Part 1 of Art. 328 of the Criminal Code imposed a punishment of restriction of freedom without sending him to an open-type correctional institution for a period of 2 years 6 months.
