More than 2 kg of marijuana seized. A resident of the Gomel region who distributed prohibited substances was detained

Drug control operatives of the Mogilev region with the forceful support of riot policemen detained a 25-year-old resident of the Gomel region in the Bobruisk district. This was reported in the interior Ministry, writes sb.by.

The young man created and administered an online store through which he distributed drugs in Mogilev and Gomel regions. With him, in the caches, as well as at the place of residence, more than 2 kg of marijuana, equipment for growing hemp, packaging materials were found and seized.

The criminal business lasted less than three weeks.

Investigators opened a criminal case for illegal drug trafficking. The detainee faces up to 15 years in prison.
