Kuryanin arrested for 11 days for inappropriate behavior in court

A resident of Kursk will spend 11 days in a special receiver for systematic violation of order in the court session.

According to the regional department of bailiffs, the 32-year-old man, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, ignored the remarks of the magistrate, quarreled with employees and disrupted the meeting. This is not the first case of such behavior of a chicken in the temple of Themis.

Repeated violation of the law, according to part 3 of article 17.3 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation, led to severe punishment. Despite the fact that earlier the man had already been brought to justice for a similar offense, he again behaved inappropriately, the FSSP in the Kursk region said.

The bailiff drew up a protocol on the offense. After considering the case, the court appointed the offender 11 days of arrest. The Kuryan will serve his sentence in the special receiver of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Kursk.
