The tax seeks bankruptcy of the owner of most of the areas of the shopping center “Euroland”

The Arbitration Court of the Ivanovo region accepted for consideration the application of the Federal Tax Service on the bankruptcy of Business Land LLC. The company manages almost 85% of the area of the shopping and entertainment center "Euroland", located on the street Kukonkovykh, 141.

The meeting, at which the court will check the validity of the requirements of the tax service, is scheduled for November 3, 2026. As a candidate for the arbitration manager, the Federal Tax Service proposed Alexey Teplov, representing the Union of Arbitration Managers “Self-regulatory organization “Delo”.

The financial difficulties of the company are indicated by the results of the audit for 2025. According to its data, short-term liabilities of Business Land significantly exceed the volume of current assets. In addition, the auditors drew attention to the assessment of the Moscow real estate company at the address Bolshaya Serpukhovskaya, 5. Its value was declared at the level of 350 million rubles, however, according to the auditors, this amount is at least 270 million rubles lower than the real estimate.

Now in relation to the Moscow facility continues a legal dispute in the Arbitration court of Moscow. The possible loss of control over real estate, as noted in the audit materials, can further complicate the financial situation of the company.
