In Vladimir will allocate almost 41 million rubles for the restoration of the observation deck
Vladimir authorities are preparing for a large-scale repair of the observation deck in the Pushkin Park

The authorities of Vladimir are preparing for a large-scale repair of the observation deck in the Pushkin Park. On the restoration of the territory plan to spend almost 41 million rubles. The contractor will be selected after November 9, and all work must be completed by June 30, 2027. The warranty for the repair should be five years.
Work will affect almost the entire site. The contractor will have to dismantle the old tiles, curbs, fences and lighting equipment, equip a drainage system and storm sewerage, as well as carry out work on strengthening the wall and leveling the soil. After the preparation of the base, the territory will be paved with new paving stones “Dymovskaya”. Then lighting, fences, benches and other elements of improvement will be returned to the site.
According to the procurement documentation, the contractor must comply with the established technological sequence and the existing building codes. The cost of the contract includes preparatory work, coatings, installation of small architectural forms and outdoor lighting, organization of drainage, removal of construction debris and reserve for unexpected expenses. The documents also indicate a VAT of 22%.
Problems with the observation deck became noticeable in 2022. Due to the deformation of the covering, the territory near the equestrian monument to Prince Vladimir had to be protected. The tile went in waves, and the geometry of the site was broken.
In 2023, from the regional budget, Vladimir was allocated 15 million rubles for the restoration of the monument and the improvement of the territory. However, the city administration announced an estimate of only 5 million rubles. The auction did not take place then: there were no people willing to take up the work.
