According to the publication, the suspects were a 24-year-old citizen surnamed Kuhn and his thirteen-year-old friend surnamed Gao. The attackers lured the girl into a hotel room, where the eldest of them invited her to play a game involving drinking alcohol.

As a result, the child was drunk with alcohol, and after she lost consciousness, abused her. The next morning, the parents found out where their daughter was and arrived at the scene. Soon the police detained both defendants.

The victim herself was sure that only Gao committed violence against her, but such testimony was explained by her condition. Later, law enforcement officers collected evidence of Kuhn's involvement in the crime. As a result, the senior participant of the abuse was sentenced to sixteen years in prison, while the second young man was sent to corrective education.
