Flight bus caught fire on the way from Domodedovo to Moscow: there were no passengers in the cabin

Early in the morning in the suburbs there was a fire of a regular bus en route from Domodedovo airport towards Moscow. The incident occurred during the movement – the fire broke out at the moment when the vehicle was on the way.

According to preliminary data, at the time of fire passengers in the cabin was not: the driver was heading to the gas station, so the bus was empty. The driver was not injured and managed to leave the car.

Fire crews quickly arrived at the scene, who managed to cope with the flames. Causes of fire are established - it is possible that we are talking about a technical malfunction. Information on how seriously the bus was damaged is being clarified.

The incident did not affect the operation of Domodedovo airport: flights are operated as usual.
